National Trust of Queensland2The National Trust of Australia (Queensland) [NTAQ] is a membership-based community organisation working to promote the natural, Indigenous and cultural heritage of our state.

NTAQ remains focused on heritage and environmental education. Through its properties, advocacy and research, the organisation encourages the community to appreciate, care for and engage with our significant places, wildlife, and stories. This work is largely undertaken by the tireless efforts National Trust of Queensland3of hundreds of dedicated volunteers.

NTAQ also advocates for the recognition and care of heritage places throughout Queensland and consists of over 500 volunteers and 340 employees statewide, who are responsible for over ten properties.
