Buster Brown Cafe and French Bistro

Arrived in Australia to work for Harry M Miller in 1998 until 2005 as his chef providing catering and housekeeping duties for his business and household.

Worked 1.5 years at Pavilion Cafe, on Maroubra beach as head chef and one year at the Blue stone cafe on Hunter Street in the City before returning to work for an investor who is retiring very soon.
