Brat Haus Express: Petrie Terrace

Brat Haus is the brainchild of father and son combination Steve and Ben Crick. Steve, a butcher for 33 years, had perfected a range of sausage recipes over this time using prime pork and veal and adapting traditional European recipes to create a delicious range of bratwurst, knackwursts and kranskis. After a ‘”research” trip to Germany, Steve decided to develop the foot-long Grilled Bratwurst – common in Germany but a first in Australia.
